Crescent Shelving is a shelving unit from Audo Copenhagen that, with its crescent shape and open back, redefines how storage occupies space within a room. It functions as much as an architectural element as a practical solution, allowing light and sightlines to pass freely while subtly defining surfaces.
Designed by Colin King and crafted in lacquered oak with rounded corners and softly finished edges, the shelving unit is characterized by a carefully considered balance between distinct form and visual lightness. It is available in two heights, H60 and H173, making it possible to adapt its expression to different contexts. The lower model works well as a console or behind a sofa, while the taller version takes on a more defining role in the space. Adjustable feet ensure stable placement even on uneven floors.
As part of the Crescent Collection, the shelving reflects Colin King’s exploration of proportions and presence. The freestanding construction provides flexibility in furnishing and makes it a natural addition to both private and public environments.
