24 Karat Blau T is a table lamp designed in 2005 by designer Axel Schmid for Ingo Maurer. The lamp consists of four gold plates handmade in Japan with a unique process where the leaf-thin gold plates are cast in acrylic. The four shades have four drill holes each and can therefore be hung on the lamp's metal rods at different angles. The cable, legs, foot and metal rods come in a nice red color.
The lamp is part of the 24 Karat Blau series together with 1000 Karat Blau, 24 Karat Blau M, 24 Karat Blau Wall, 24 Karat Blau Floor and 24 Karat Blau. All lamps in the collection have a warm and friendly light. The lamp is ultimate in the living room but also in restaurants and bars thanks to its exclusive appearance.
