Liv is an outdoor armchair from the Swedish brand Ingridsdotter. It was designed by Jonas Bohlin in 1997 as part of the liv collection, which was created after a long rowing trip between Stockholm and Paris. The 116-day journey inspired furniture where movement, function and lines are at the center. The chair is made of steel with an oak seat and armrests and is adapted to handle outdoor environments. The design language is restrained, but at the same time clearly physical in its structure, with a supporting line that follows the back and arms.
