Easy Pasta Cookbook

This cookbook contains recipes from the Copenhagen-based restaurant Osteria 16. The book focuses on pasta and captures the essence of Italian cuisine as interpreted in this well-known osteria.

Over the years, Osteria 16 has built a reputation for its simple, flavor-driven cooking with a focus on quality and season. With this book, the restaurant invites you to discover what lies behind their most appreciated pasta dishes – from cooking techniques to raw material selection and composition.

The recipes are taken directly from the kitchen in Vesterbro and reflect what is served on a daily basis in the restaurant: rustic but precise, simple but well thought out. The book serves as an insight into modern Italian cooking in a Nordic style.
