Garden Maze Green Wool Rug

Garden Maze Green is a handmade wool rug designed by Campbell-Rey for the Nordic Knots brand. The rug is part of a collection that combines influences from the Art Deco and Gustavian eras with references to garden design, where historical motifs such as wreaths and folded ribbons reappear in a graphic expression. It takes its green tones from formal hedges and is inspired by Russell Page's gardens, where the shades create a play of light and shadow like a hedge maze.

The rug is hand-knotted in Bhadohi, India, with wool from New Zealand and has a pile of approximately 12 mm. The material provides a soft surface with durable properties, suitable for placement in living rooms or larger social areas where texture and structure contribute to the room's unity. The rug is Goodweave certified and is part of Campbell-Rey's collection of textiles with a focus on craftsmanship and materials. The patterns can be changed with respect to scale.
