Agrafée desk lamp

Agrafée desk lamp is a desk lamp from the French brand Serge Mouille. Designed by Serge Mouille in 1957 and 1958, the model is part of the Formes Noires series and reflects a functional approach to lighting centered on adjustability. The lamp is designed to be fixed to a tabletop using a bracket and a brass screw, adapted to the thickness of the surface, typically up to 5 cm. The reflector can be oriented through a brass ball joint, allowing flexible light direction. The structure consists of a steel body combined with a metal reflector, while brass elements introduce contrast against black or white finishes. The double version includes an additional ball joint above the mount, enabling precise adjustment of the arm and stable positioning. Agrafée desk lamp is suited for workspaces, desks, or tables where directional lighting is required without permanent installation. The model is available in two versions and is manufactured in France according to the original drawings as a numbered edition with a certificate of authenticity.
