Plush rectangular dining table

Plush Table Rectangular is a rectangular table from the Danish brand dk3, designed by Jacob Plejdrup in 2023, exploring a more generous and softly shaped aesthetic in solid wood.

The table marks a new direction in dk3’s design language, with the focus shifting from refined detailing to larger, organic volumes. The rounded shapes create a calm and cohesive expression, while allowing the natural grain and variation of the wood to play a prominent role in the overall design. The solid tabletop balances weight and softness through its gently curved lines. This version of Plush Table Rectangular features legs in 13 cm solid wood and a 3 cm thick tabletop, creating a well-proportioned and balanced silhouette. The combination of the distinctive legs and the softly shaped tabletop results in a stable yet inviting expression, where material and form interact in a thoughtful and harmonious way.
