Rivet dining chair is a dining chair from the Danish brand FRAMA, designed by Jonas Trampedach and introduced in 2011. The chair is constructed from raw aluminum with flat surfaces and a strict geometric composition where each element is clearly defined. Production is based on laser-cut aluminum sheets joined at right angles using a riveting technique developed to create stable connections between separate parts. Assembly is carried out by hand with a hammer in a cold-forming process, resulting in subtle variations in surface and structure. As a dining chair, it is suited for use at dining tables in both private and public settings where material presence is essential.
