The Barcelona Table coffee table from Knoll was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1929. The table is part of the iconic Barcelona collection and complements the Barcelona Chair. Just like the lounge chair, the coffee table is created through exceptional craftsmanship. The square table top is made of transparent glass and sits on an elegant base of welded steel with a chromed, polished surface. The Barcelona collection from Knoll also includes a matching footstool and a daybed.
Mies van der Rohe's less-is-more approach has inspired generations of modern architecture and design. His furniture has been acclaimed worldwide, with Barcelona winning the Museum of Modern Art Award in 1977.
