Chouchin Reverse 3 is a pendant lamp from Foscarini, Italy, designed by Ionna Vautrin in 2015. The design is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Japanese lanterns, and Chouchin Reverse 3 is the most compact model in the series. Its smaller, rounded form gives the lamp a concentrated and balanced expression.
The shade is made of white blown glass and finished with a narrow coloured ring at the bottom. The subtle colour detail contrasts with the white glass and highlights the lamp’s soft silhouette. When the pendant lamp is switched on, the glass diffuses a warm light into the surroundings. Chouchin Reverse 3 can be used on its own or combined with other models from the Chouchin family to create compositions with different forms and proportions. It is available in two dimmable versions: one with a replaceable E27 LED light source and one with an integrated LED. The version with integrated LED is compatible with PUSH and DALI dimming.
