Spokes 2 Large is a pendant lamp from Foscarini, Italy, designed by Garcia Cumini in 2015. The generous form is characterised by lightness and movement, with an open geometric structure reminiscent of a lantern or aviary.
The light is filtered through the airy structure, creating a graphic interplay of light, shadow and open spaces. When the lamp is switched on, patterns are projected into the surroundings, while the large volume retains a visually light expression. The interplay between the geometric form and light is a central part of Spokes 2 Large. The pendant lamp features an integrated LED with warm light at 2700 K. The brightness is dimmable and can be controlled via PUSH or DALI, two systems that allow the lighting to be adapted to the room and situation. DALI is suitable for connection to compatible lighting control systems, while PUSH enables dimming via a momentary push button.
