Korn Klint 882 Wool Rug

Korn Klint 882 is a plain-woven rug from Kasthall, made of wool and linen. The rug is designed by Cecilie Manz as part of the Landskab collection, where texture and light reflection are central themes. It is woven in a broken twill pattern with a specially developed yarn that gives a subtle wave effect to the surface. Kasthall is manufactured in Kinna, where they have been producing rugs with a focus on quality and durability since 1889. The rug is the result of close collaboration between the weaver and the designer, which is noticeable in the technical precision of the rug. The surface is dense and stable, but at the same time visual and lively thanks to the structure of the linen. The color tones are inspired by nature and stay within a subdued spectrum. The rug fits well in environments where calm and the presence of material are important – such as living rooms, libraries or study rooms.
