One Pot Cookbook

One Pot is a cookbook from the French brand Larousse, published by Phaidon. The book contains 100 recipes for cooking in a pot or oven dish and focuses on practical dishes with tasty variety from around the world.

Author Amandine Bernardi collects everything from quick weekday dinners to dishes for the weekend - with examples such as ratatouille, mujadara with cauliflower, boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin and Moroccan fish stew. Even simpler desserts such as baked apples with honey are included.

The recipes are marked with symbols for vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options. The book also includes tips on equipment and serving, making it useful for both beginners and experienced home cooks who want to cook everything in one pot.
