Peter Ivens - House's Interior Design Book

This is an interior design book from the Belgian publisher Lannoo. The book presents a selection of homes designed by Belgian interior designer Peter Ivens. Each chapter is dedicated to a specific home, documented in images by photographers Eefje De Coninck and Senne Van der Ven. A short introduction by design journalist Sisse Bro provides background to Ivens' working process, but otherwise the book lets the projects speak for themselves. Ivens works close to the site and adapted to the situation, with a focus on tailor-made solutions that reflect each client's needs. In close collaboration with Bea Mombaers, he blurs the line between architecture and interior design, where the choice of materials, light and space shape a restrained but well-crafted expression.
