Tradition Solid Blue Wool Rug

Tradition Solid Blue is a wool rug from the Stockholm-based brand Nordic Knots. The rug is based on traditional craftsmanship and combines this with a modern color palette and a minimalist design. It is handwoven in a plain weave design with a thickness of 5 mm, where each yarn is mottled and mixes several tones to create a softly shifting surface. The result is a wool rug with a graphic expression and nuanced character, where subtle variations provide depth and definition without dominating the room.

The rug comes in a soft, muted blue tone with discreet nuances. Slightly darker corners frame the shape and contribute to a clearer demarcation of the rug's expression. The material is made of 100% New Zealand wool, chosen for its softness and durability. The rug fits both minimalist interiors and more eclectic environments, where it adds structure and warmth through its toned-down pattern and balanced color scheme.

The rug is designed in Stockholm and handmade in Bhadohi, India. It is Goodweave™ certified.
