The Edo Deep frying pan is designed by Patricia Urquiola for the Alessi brand and belongs to the Edo collection. This deep frying pan with its elongated handle, high sides and concave shape is optimal for sautéing, but also works great for roasting and sauce making. The pan is made of aluminum with a black non-stick coated interior, and has an 18/10 stainless steel handle with a brown PVD coating. Its magnetic base makes it suitable for use on induction hobs.
