Goldman is a table lamp created in 2013 by Ron Gilad for the Italian company Flos. Goldman is made of an aluminum frame with a brass or black nickel finish. The lamps base is fitted with a switch that makes Goldman dimmable at three levels. On the back of the base is a USB socket that allows charging of todays more common mobile phones and tablets.

Gilad got his inspiration for the Goldman lamp from a classic lamp seen at the bank, one of the first electric lamps produced back in the 19th century. Goldman is a modern version with technology from todays society. It is an excellent office and reading lamp that also charges your phone.
