Aluminum "Braided Leather" Nordiska Galleriet LTD Edition 2021 is designed by Mats Theselius who, together with us, produced a limited and exclusive edition of the armchair Aluminum for Källemo. The armchair will be sold exclusively by us at Nordiska Galleriet during 2021 from April 28 and has been produced in a very limited edition.

Unique to Aluminum Nordiska Galleriet LTD Edition 2021 is the braided seat in untreated and black leather from Tärnsjö leather. The seat creates an interesting pattern inspired by the Nordic Gallery's iconic original floor from 1912 and, like the floor, will age with a beautiful patina. The frame is made of brushed aluminum with beautiful details of hard-waxed oak on the handle and backrest.

Aluminum is a new interpretation of a classic design signed by the versatile designer Mats Theselius. The armchair is part of a series of products that have unofficially come to be known as the Theselius armchairs, where the common denominator is large pieces of metal combined with leather. The first Aluminum was launched already in 1990, six years after Mats Theselius made a breakthrough with the Mooseskin Armchair, and today, with its industrial design, is an internationally sought-after design.
