In 1963, the well-known Italian designer Marco Zanuso designed the Model 275 table lamp, or Zanuso as it was later to be known, for the lighting company Oluce. The lamp is characterized by its large, rotating shade. The shade is made of thermoplastic and rests on a lacquered metal frame. Choose between a White or Nut Brown frame. Whichever color you choose, the body is opal white to give off as soft and pleasant a light as possible.
The Zanuso/275 lamp was originally designed as a desk lamp. However, it was not intended to be used as a task light, but rather as general lighting with the primary role of illuminating part of a room.
