NOHrD SwingBoard is an exclusive wooden board from NOHrD in cooperation with WaterRower. It is made of solid oak and is easily hung on the wall with different hand weights. The hand weights are made of leather and are a modern resemblance of kettlebells but can also be used as normal dumbbells. Using iron balls as filling in the hand weights, they contribute to a more even weight as well as a smoother movement of both muscles and joints. The NOHrD Swingboard has eight weights with weights of 2, 4, 6 and 8 kilograms. NOHrD uses wood that is sustainably harvested from renewable forests in Germany and the USA.
