Grid Chestnut/Black Wool Rug

Grid Chestnut/Black is designed by the Swedish brand Nordic Knots. The rug is part of the Modernist Collection, where references to early modernism and Swedish functionalism are translated into geometric patterns and architectural lines. It is based on a checkered pattern where a subtle shift breaks the symmetry and creates variation in the expression. The collection is produced in small editions with a limited number per size.

Made of 100% wool from New Zealand, the rug has a soft and durable quality. The hand-woven design with cut pile and a thickness of 13 mm gives a distinctive structure and a smooth surface. The design was developed in Stockholm and produced by hand in Bhadohi, India, with a focus on established craftsmanship. The certification according to Goodweave ensures controlled manufacturing conditions.
