Juicy Salif is a citrus press from Alessi, designed by Philippe Starck. Juicy Salif is now iconic and has been in production since 1991. It is made of aluminum.
Philippe Starck was inspired by the citrus press during a trip to the Italian coast. He sketched the first ideas on a napkin during a restaurant visit. The citrus press is seen as one of both Alessi's and Philippe Starck's most iconic works.
Juicy Salif is functional, as well as having a decorative and stylish design language.
