String wall end is a wall-mounted end from the Swedish brand String . It is a supporting part of the modular String System , designed by Nisse Strinning in 1949, and serves as the starting point for building the shelf.
The wall panels are available in two heights, 50 cm and 75 cm, and in depths of 20 cm and 30 cm. They are screwed directly into the wall, making them independent of both the floor and ceiling. The fixed location provides stability while the system can be easily adapted to the size and needs of the room. After the wall panels have been installed, shelves, cabinets and other modules from the collection can be added. For increased functionality, there are accessories such as organizers and s-hooks, which are hung directly on the end panel. The wall panels are sold in both 1-pack and 2-pack, which provides flexibility when planning the solution.
