PlateBowlCup Mugs 4 Pieces

PlateBowlCup is a mug designed by Jasper Morrison for the Italian Alessi. The series was put into production in 2008 and is characterized by Morrison's minimalist design language, where seemingly simple shapes form the basis for the plate's expression and function.

The mug comes in a set of four and is made of white porcelain. The clean shape focuses on the mug's basic function and makes the porcelain a central part of the whole. The mug can be used for both everyday meals and more elegant events. It is microwave and dishwasher safe.

The PlateBowlCup series is based on a design language where simplicity does not mean that details or proportions are unimportant, but where each part has been reduced to its functional core.
