Korn Öresund 552 Wool Rug

Korn Öresund 552 is a plain-woven rug in wool and linen from Swedish Kasthall. It is designed by Cecilie Manz as part of the Landskab collection. The rug is characterized by its dense structure and composite yarn, where wool and linen work together to create a subtle play of waves in the surface. The colors are taken from the landscape and kept in subdued tones. The rug has a thickness of approximately 6 mm and weighs around 2200 grams per square meter. This makes it stable and durable, without losing its textile presence. The production takes place entirely in Kinna, which enables close collaboration between designer and manufacturer. The rug is a result of this process – functional, technically sophisticated and designed for contexts where quality is crucial.
