Funiculi A - Wall Lamp is a wall lamp developed year 2013 by Marset. The lamp is based on a design from the late 70's by Lluís Porqueras. Despite this, it is as modern and functional today as the day it was originally designed. Funiculi A - Wall Lamp is made of lacquered iron and has a shade made of aluminium. The shade can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing for either direct or indirect light.
Funiculi A - Wall Lamp is part of a lighting series consisting of wall, floor and table lamps. The lamps are also available in a number of different colors. The name Funiculi comes from the concept of funicular, meaning something that moves up and down. This means that all lamps have a design that makes it possible to raise and lower the lamp as needed. The Funiculi series is characterised by its minimalist design that seems as modern today as it did forty years ago.
