Grand is a series of handwoven wool rugs from the Stockholm-based brand Nordic Knots. The rugs are created to bring a calm sense of hotel comfort into the home. The collection is characterised by a harmonious colour palette and soft, cut wool textures that add warmth and balance to the interior. The expression is refined and understated, making the rugs easy to combine with different materials and environments.

The rugs are handcrafted in Bhadohi, India, an area with a long tradition of artisanal rug production. Each rug is woven in small batches, with only a limited number of pieces available in each size. The handwoven design is combined with a cut pile and a thickness of 14 mm, creating soft and dense surfaces with a distinct texture. The front surfaces are made from 100% New Zealand wool, a durable natural material with a comfortable feel underfoot and natural properties that make the wool rugs well suited for everyday use.

Grand works well in living rooms, bedrooms and open social spaces where materials and texture subtly define the room. The rugs function both as a cohesive foundation in larger spaces and as soft additions in more pared-back interiors. The collection is also Goodweave™ certified, ensuring that production takes place under responsible conditions.
