Terazzo 801 Carnelian Wool Rug

Terrazzo 801 Carnelian is a wool and linen bouclé rug from the Swedish brand Kasthall. The rug is designed by Kasthall Design Studio and inspired by stone surfaces and crystal structures. The woven bouclé technique creates an irregular pattern where the colors blend with the surroundings and form a vibrant texture with tactile presence.

Kasthall has been manufacturing rugs in Kinna since 1889. The rug is woven in three steps with hair yarn and bouclé yarn, which gives it a discreet robustness and a clearly marked edge. The rug is made of 77% wool and 23% linen in the weft, with a warp of 100% linen. The thickness is approximately 10 mm and the rug weighs approximately 3000 g/m². The rug is available in several fixed sizes and as a custom-made rug up to 600 cm in width. It can also be decorated as a carpet and is perfect in rooms where durability and material quality are the focus.
