Snow - Asplund

Snow is a storage series from Asplund, designed by Jonas Bohlin and Thomas Sandell. The series features a cohesive design language where straight lines and clear proportions interact with a well-developed color scheme. It is designed to meet storage needs in various types of environments and can be used both as individual pieces of furniture and in combination with each other.

Snow - Storage Furniture

The Snow series from Asplund features smooth fronts and a cohesive design language. Its expression is built on straight lines and clear proportions, with a focus on surfaces and color. The series includes storage furniture such as sideboards, bedside tables, chests of drawers, and display cabinets, designed to function in various parts of the home.

The furniture is manufactured in MDF with lacquered surfaces, providing a smooth and durable finish. Oak is used in selected parts, adding a distinct wood character. The series is available in several colors, including light grey, nordic blue, white, and taupe. Some models feature glass doors and glass shelves.

Flexible Storage Solutions for Every Room

The Snow series is developed with a modular principle that allows adaptation to specific needs and spaces. This means that different units can be combined to create larger storage systems, or used as freestanding furniture. The assortment includes variants with drawers, doors, and open shelves. A sideboard can function as furniture in the living room, while a narrower chest of drawers is suitable as a hallway piece or bedside table. Legs and plinths are offered as options to adjust the furniture's height and appearance.

The Design Collaboration Behind Snow

The Snow series is the result of a collaboration between designers Jonas Bohlin and Thomas Sandell. Their shared vision led to a storage series that combines functional design with a distinct design language. Bohlin and Sandell are known for their ability to create furniture that is both useful and visually interesting.
