BM0057 from Carl Hansen was designed by Børge Mogensen in 1957 and is part of his modular furniture concept. The cabinet is made of solid oak and features details such as brass fittings, mortise and tenon joints and beveled panels. The narrow legs give a light impression and lift the cabinet off the floor. Behind the two folding doors there is space for a 12-piece dinnerware set and two adjustable shelves. The design combines functionality and aesthetics with a focus on durability and simplicity, reflecting Mogensen's vision of modern storage solutions.
