Superspider is a reclining armchair from DUX. The model was introduced with the aim of integrating the brand's expertise in ergonomic comfort into a visually light and distinctive design language. Superspider was first launched in 1987. Its combination of form and function quickly attracted attention on international platforms. After being shown at the Cologne Furniture Fair, it received an award for exquisite design a couple of years later, confirming its position as a prominent recliner.
The armchair's construction is based on a chrome-plated steel base that contributes to stability and a clear graphic line in the room. The upholstery consists of a combination of polyether fiberfill, dimensioned to provide even and lasting support. This technical construction creates a seating angle that is optimized to relieve the body's pressure points, making Superspider suitable for longer periods of rest and recovery.
