Pira G2 FC-B Black Grey/White Oak is a modern interpretation of Swedish architect Olle Pira's design classic from 1955. Originally designed specifically for the iconic design exhibition H55, almost seventy years later, the Swedish design brand Pira, together with architect Anna von Schewen and industrial designer Björn Dahlström, has designed an updated version with modern materials. Made of oak with shelves in lacquered steel sheet and posts in extruded aluminum, the shelving system has an elegant yet robust design language where the wood material balances out the hard metal and gives a warmer impression. The shelving system comes in the Black Grey/White Oak finish and is available in three different heights – 240–247 cm, 248–255 cm and 256–264 cm.
