The Diabolo ceiling light was designed by Achille Castiglioni for Italian lighting company Flos. Like the game that inspired the lamps name, the designer envisioned a light that could move up and down via the pulley, allowing the user to adjust the height as desired by lengthening or shortening the distance between the two cones. Diabolo is made of aluminum and its shade provides a direct light which due to its dimming feature is perfect for hanging in the dining area or over a coffee table. The diffuser can be moved from 95 cm to 240 cm using the cable reel in the ceiling rose. The Diabolo ceiling light comes in a choice of three colors.
