A cake fork is about the same size as a dessert fork but has three prongs, with the outermost prong on one side wider than the others, as it is intended to replace a knife for cutting.

PICKING FORK

A picking fork is a smaller fork that is ideal for various types of picking food. A picking fork usually has two prongs and is meant to be used for serving and not for bringing to the mouth. It is perfect for, for example, olives.
