Other Flatware
In addition to your cutlery and serving utensils, it is a good idea to supplement them with other special cutlery. For example, we have cutlery for seafood and chopsticks to suit every kitchen.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPECIAL CUTLERY
With a set of different cutlery and serving utensils, you'll be ready for most meals and many different types of dishes. However, special ingredients and dishes may require other additional cutlery and utensils. For example, for seafood you may need special cutlery for cooking and serving. For cracking nuts, a nutcracker is ideal to use. For sushi and other dishes, you may want to replace the usual cutlery of a fork and knife with a pair of chopsticks. We have different types of cutlery from well-known brands that are great to complement your regular cutlery with.
SEAFOOD CUTLERY
There are different types of seafood cutlery. For example, there are oyster forks, lobster forks, crayfish knives and lobster claws. Seafood cutlery makes eating oysters, lobsters, crayfish and other seafood both easier and more enjoyable. There are also seafood utensils for cracking claws and shells.
Chopsticks
Eating sticks are sticks used for eating. Chopsticks are used instead of a fork and a knife and are held with one hand. Chopsticks are mainly used in East Asia but are now found in many other homes and restaurants in many other parts of the world. Chopsticks are perfect for sushi or dumplings, for example.
Chopsticks are available in different materials. The material of chopsticks depends on your choice. A pair of stainless steel chopsticks adds a modern and elegant touch to the table setting. Stainless steel chopsticks are also easy to clean as they are machine washable. A pair of wooden or bamboo chopsticks is an attractive way to set the table. However, wooden chopsticks should be washed by hand as they are not dishwasher safe.
