Return goods shipped from our warehouse
Sometimes we regret even our best purchase. Follow the steps below to make a return on stock items. For stock items, the return policy is 14 days. Ordered goods cannot be returned. The goods must then be returned in their original, undamaged packaging in brand new condition. Our return fee is € 10 for smaller items and € 49 for lager items, this fee is automatically deducted from your refund.

What happens now?
1. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email sent to the email address you provided containing the return slip.
2. Tape the return slip with the barcode to the outside of the package.
3. Hand in the return shipment to your nearest PostNord agent. If your return involves a pick-up, book it on the PostNord website.
4. Confirmation of return and refund minus the cost of the return will be sent to you by email within 14 days.
Questions and answers about returns
Is my item in stock or made to order?
In order to make a return, your item must have been in stock when you bought it. A made-to-order item, as opposed to a stock item, is something that has been made especially for you. You can see this in your order confirmation. Please contact our Service Team if you are unsure.
When do I need to return my item?
For the right of return to apply, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the delivery and must be returned in new and undamaged condition with the original packaging intact, with the item not having been used or assembled.
Can I return an opened package?
You may of course open the packaging and check the product to ensure that neither the packaging nor the product is damaged, but if the product is sealed, it must be unbroken.
How long does the refund take?
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount you paid for the product. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the day you return your item until the refund is made. Nordiska Galleriet reserves the right to wait until we have received the goods or you have been able to prove that the goods have been returned to us before issuing a refund. The refund will be made via the same payment option used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the return cost will be automatically deducted from your refund. If, after we have received the goods back, it appears that they have depreciated in value because you have used them or handled them more than necessary to determine their characteristics and function, we are entitled to deduct this from the amount of your refund. If you have used the invoice or instalment payment option through Klarna, it is important that you pay the invoice to avoid any reminder charges. The amount will be refunded once we have received and registered the return to our online warehouse. If you have paid in store or by bank transfer, it is important that you return the bank details in the form of clearing and account number to us for the refund
