The modern design classic CH24, also known as The Wishbone Chair, is one of Hans J. Wegner's first and most acclaimed works for Carl Hansen & Sun. CH24 is available in a variety of wood types and surface treatments. A cushion can be added for extra comfort.

The chair has been produced without interruption since 1950. With its characteristic Y-shaped back, the chair is a stylish and tasteful choice around the dining table. Despite the unassuming appearance, it is a long process to manufacture the chair. The hand-stitched seat alone is made from over 120 meters of waxed paper string that has been carefully strung together.

Wegner succeeds in combining detail and skillful craftsmanship with Scandinavian clean lines, making the chair a frequently used design icon.
