BE@RBRICK is a bear-shaped figure designed in 2001 for the Japanese brand Medicom Toy. BE@RBRICK is one of Medicom Toys' signature products thanks to its iconic silhouette. BE@RBRICK is made of nine plastic parts and has bendable arms and legs. Over the years, the bear figure has been dressed in countless designs and exciting collaborations.
BE@RBRICK Utagawa Hiroshige "The 53 stations of the Tokaido-Nihonbashi" 1000% is 70 cm high and a collaboration with Tokyo's National Museum and the famous Japanese ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige and his work The 53 stations of the Tokaido-Nihonbashi, from 1833-1834. This series documents the journey along Tokaido, the Eastern Sea Road, which was once Japan's main highway. The print is printed using a special water-printing technique that makes each figure unique.
