Naïf Crescent wool rug

Naïf Crescent is a hand-knotted runner from the Franco-Italian brand cc-tapis. The design comes from the Lebanese duo david/nicolas and is based on an intuitive and free design approach, where geometry is given an unpredictable, almost childlike interpretation.

The rug is part of the Naïf collection, which originates from hand-drawn lines with irregular movements and asymmetrical shapes. The flowing patterns are embedded directly into the surface and highlighted through relief work, giving the rug a subtle sense of depth. Each piece is hand-knotted in cc-tapis’ own atelier in Nepal, where precision meets artistic spontaneity.

Naïf Crescent is made from a blend of 50% Himalayan wool and 50% pure silk, with a knot density of approximately 125,000 knots per square meter. Its narrow, well-balanced shape makes it especially suitable as a runner in hallways, entrances, or along walls – where material quality and graphic expression come together in a compact format.
