Heritage and tradition

Ibrahim Vraco founded Vraco in 1975 with the vision of strengthening the region’s workforce through his expertise in metalworking. His son, Mirsad Vraco, who became involved with the brand at an early stage, developed a deep understanding of various materials as well as the entire production process. In 1989, he carried on his father’s legacy by founding a new company with a modernised approach to production. Later, Mirsad Vraco’s daughter, Emina Vraco, joined the company with the ambition of steering the brand towards design and bringing together exceptional craftsmanship within a timeless design language. Together, Mirsad and Emina decided to carry the legacy forward by founding Studio Vraco — a brand that brings together contemporary objects where natural materials such as metal, minerals, and wood meet a passion for Bosnia’s craft traditions.
