73.6 Floor is a floor lamp designed by Omer Arbel for the Canadian lighting company Bocci. The lamp has a cylindrical body and a round base in brass or black metal. 73.6 Floor in brass will develop a stunning patina over the years as the surface is completely untreated. The black version of the 73.6 Floor offers a smooth and soft feel thanks to the metal rubberized surface. Six glass domes are mounted on the cylindrical frame. The glass domes are produced by blowing liquid glass into a highly heat-resistant ceramic fabric vessel. The result is a unique fixture in terms of texture and proportion, size, and shape.
