Onda Onda Large jute rug

Onda Onda Large is a handwoven jute rug from the Franco-Italian brand cc-tapis. Designed by Charles-Antoine Chappuis, the rug draws inspiration from the sandy beaches of northern Brazil – both in visual form and rhythmic flow.

The design features soft curves moving in opposite directions, like wave patterns in sand. The rug is handwoven by Indian artisans, where each line of jute flows across the surface rather than forming a rigid pattern. The result is a lively expression with a free structure that highlights the natural qualities of the fiber.
