Looftlighter Pro is an electric barbecue lighter from Swedish Looft. It is developed to quickly and controlledly ignite coal, briquettes or wood in 60 seconds without the use of lighter fluid. With a temperature of 760°C and 30% increased airflow, it generates superheated air that starts the fire without gas or open flame. The barbecue lighter is equipped with an automatic ignition program, ON/OFF button and Burn and HyperBoost™ function for increased power when needed. The aluminum casing contributes to rapid cooling after use and the 3 meter long cord provides reach at the grill or fireplace. The power is 1800W, 230V, 50Hz. It works by directing the hot air towards the fuel until sparks occur. The distance is then adjusted to increase the airflow and build up the embers. The integrated foot also functions as a bottle opener. The grill lighter is suitable for both grills and fireplaces.
