Maranga - Floor Lamp is one of three different lamps in the Maranga series, designed year 2012 by Christophe Mathieu for Marset. Maranga - Floor Lamp consists of 32 discs that ise placed together and allow light to seep through the gaps. The base and stem of the lamp are made of lacquered metal. The interaction between light and mirrors creates an effect rich in light nuances and prevents glare, while a diffuser at the bottom emits a direct, filtered light.
The name of the Maranga range comes from the name of a fictional fruit: delicious, tempting and juicy. It interprets Scandinavian style in its shape and its rational use of lighting to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Maranga - Floor Lamp is available in two different sizes.
