Nordiska Galleriet (NOGA) in Milan – showcasing its collection NMNG

NO GA Milan hero desk

This year, Nordiska Galleriet (NOGA) unveils its new furniture collection, NMNG, during Milan Design Week. The installation, created by NM3, showcases work by three visionary designers and design studios: Paul T. Frankl, Willo Perron, and NM3.

The furniture series by NM3 sees the Milanese architecture studio translate its precise, industrial approach into wood for the first time. Chairs and tables are crafted from either Douglas fir or Afromosia, offering two distinct expressions—one neutral and minimalistic, the other elegant and refined. The series will be available in stores after the summer.

Montreal-born creative director Willo Perron, known for exploring the intersection of space, objects, and culture, has designed a modular series featuring tables and mirrors in various sizes. The pieces, designed to be combined in multiple configurations, were first shown in Paris and are already available at NOGA. They are crafted from cast glass fiber and handmade by master artisans.

A hybrid between a fair and a collective exhibition, Capsule Plaza brings together designers and companies from diverse creative fields, bridging industry and culture through bold, multisensory curation. This year’s exhibitors include brands such as Hem, Humanrace, USM, and Stone Island, alongside NOGA. Each exhibitor is selected to align with Capsule’s focus on radical design.

Hem celebrates its ten-year anniversary with a lineup of its best-selling designers and pieces, including the Boa by Sabine Marcelis and a new modular sofa by Philippe Malouin. Georg Jensen has created a coffee shop serving artisanal Danish ice cream made with ingredients specific to Scandinavia. Meanwhile, Humanrace by Pharrell and USM Modular Furniture reimagine the bathroom space.

Capsule Plaza has also invited designers such as Konstantin Grcic, who presents his new venture 25kg—a testing ground where he produces his own design pieces.
