The Series 270 F Armchair from Verpan is an armchair designed by Danish designer Verner Panton. The armchair was originally developed in 1965/66 as a study in modularity and modernism in bent plywood. With a light but structured design, it represented a new way of looking at function and form. Verpan is relaunching the model in close collaboration with Verner Panton Design AG, as part of the work to highlight rare gems by Panton. The armchair is made in Europe from FSC-certified birch plywood, which is bent and painted to create the characteristic silhouette.
