Kia's Dining Table

Kia’s Table is a dining table from dk3, designed by Jacob Plejdrup in 2024, where a classic four-legged construction has been interpreted in a contemporary form with a distinct presence.

The table is built on a traditional structure, but its proportions and details give it a more modern expression. The four solid wood legs are positioned to provide excellent stability and strength while also contributing to a balanced visual impression. The softly shaped table edge creates a refined finish and enhances the table’s clean lines. The material choices are consistently high-quality, with a focus on durability and everyday use. The construction is robust without feeling heavy, making this dining table equally suited to private homes and more frequently used environments. Kia’s Table combines function and aesthetics in a way that feels thoughtful rather than demonstrative – a dining table where every detail contributes to a cohesive whole designed to stand the test of time.
