Bahia is a ceiling and wall lamp from Foscarini, Italy, designed by Lucidi Pevere in 2015. Its generous form is based on an asymmetrical composition of overlapping elements, giving the lamp a distinctive graphic expression whether switched on or off.
The integrated LED light source works in harmony with the structure to create indirect light, producing a varied interplay of shadows and soft pools of light across the surface behind the lamp. Bahia can be mounted on either the ceiling or the wall, allowing its sculptural form to be used in different ways throughout the room. Its large scale also gives the lamp a striking visual presence. Bahia is available in two versions: with an On/Off function or in a dimmable version with PUSH and DALI.
