Aluminium is an armchair designed by Mats Theselius in 1990 and produced by Källemo. This exclusive edition, which is only available at Nordiska Galleriet, is made of polished aluminium and has a seat upholstered in cowhide in three versions: black and white, brown and white and light brown. The chair frame is made of natural beech.
Aluminium is part of a series of products often referred to as Theselius armchairs, where the characteristic expression is based on the meeting between larger volumes of metal and elements of leather. The combination gives a design language that is as elegant as it is industrial. Theselius chairs are today highly sought after internationally.
