MG32 is an elegant kettle from Alessi, designed by Michael Graves. The kettle is conically shaped and has a slightly rounded top with lid. Made of mirror-polished stainless steel with a handle and base in thermoplastic resin. Available with details in black, white or light blue. The base is decorated with convex dots in the steel, which is a subtle, beautiful detail. On the spout sits a small bird that has become something of a signature for Graves' design.
Michael Graves' design language combines influences from European and pre-Columbian culture with visual influences from Art Deco and Pop Art. Graves is a well-regarded designer and has designed several classic products for Alessi. The MG32 is the electric version of the iconic 9093 kettle, with a spout in the shape of a bird. The original was designed by Michael Graves in 1985 for Alessi.
